Dance like no one is watching

Goooood day to you all I hope you have recovered from all the cuteness I had to share with you over the weekend but just in case you need some more I am back with another make this time the image is from Mo Manning Called Mags when Mo brought these Goblins or Elves (which ever you prefer to call them) I had to have them they have so much character. I have coloured all 3 now and am making a series of cards with the wording dance like no one is watching …. Sing like no one… you get the gist.

So the first is an 8x8” card blank and papers are from pixel scrapper (all links are at bottom of post) I distressed before buying the best ever paper distressing tool ever (a dry skin remover foot pedi absolutely AMAZING!!!!) I then inked with Tim Holts distress inks. Then used a sketch by Jules I love her sketches so easy to follow and always look lovely.

As I said above the image is from Mo Manning and is called mags I have coloured with a mix of pencils Polychromo, Lyra, luminance. I am really liking the Lyra pencils (Thanks to my Hubby :oD )
Once the image was coloured I masked it off and created the background again using distress inks and stencil brushes no fancy ones just picked up some cheap ones at local poundland and supermarket.

To finish the outside I added a hessian thread bow(running low on the threads now need to get some more lol) and added a huge yellow button keeping things quite simple(like me ;oD)
To complete the card I made an insert from the papers I used on the front and adding the image (keeping uncoloured) and a short greeting.

So there you have my card for today I hope you like it and I will see you soon with some more makes
Here is a list of all the links you will need to find what I used
