Something New

Hello Pokladoodle peep I hope you are all enjoying the festive break (I know some of you have had to go in work in between but even so) I hope you had a very Merry Christmas and Santa brought you loads of crafty goodies to play with. He was kind enough to leave me a lyra rembrandt polycolor pencil set 72 courtesy of my wonderful hubby (yayyy happy bunny)

Anyways enough about that as if Friday we have another challenge for you starting this week over at Polkadoodles as always for you guys the theme is anything goes but for us DT members the theme was set for something new. Now in all honesty I did think I had another week to get my make done but Nooooooo so it was a quick card needed. Never fear as Nikky’s sets cater for such cards as well as the more elaborate makes.

My card started with an A5 card blank I then took 2 of the design sheets from the Winnie in Winterland collection and used the paper from one of them and the image from another then went into the tag section and used of these for the greeting.

Everything apart from the image is one layer I just printed off the paper with tag and greeting then added the image with 3d foam to give a little dimension. 

And there you have a really quick and easy new year card perfect in case you forgot to send someone a Christmas card lol
