Bunches of hugs for your birthday

Hello everyone and a very warm welcome and big Hello to my new followers, I do hope you ejoy what you see and you stay on this wonderful journey with me remember kettle is always on lol

Anyways I have a card for you today, getting good aren't I 3 posts in a week whoop whoop!!!!
I made it last weekend and think I mentioned it on my Life's crap post well thought it was time to show it as it is now completely finished and I am really pleased with it and my MiL loved it which is a good job ans it's for her to send to very close friend

I had already decided on the papers and coloured the image when I was asked by my MiL to make the card for her friend so thought why not this the card.
So it's an 8X8 card the papers are freebies from pixels scrapperand have been distressed and inked with TH salty ocean if I remember correctly, then I added some lace to the edges of two top pieces just to make it look more girly.

The image has been coloured with prisma pencils and I am soooooo pleased with how her hair tured out

To embellish the card I made flowers from the same papers as used on the card the sentiment was made on PC and I added flat backed gems. The gorgeous butterfly was sent to me by my wonderful and very dear friend Sandra thanks Sandra they are spot on which I gave the Jacki treatment and frantaged it to death then added gems to the body
I then made a large fussy bow in gorgeous red satin ribbon and job done for the front

Next was the inside

I made the insert using the same papers and brought the image into it to bring it all together

I coloured the image (I did think about leaving it uncoloured but the changed my mind) with promarkers and blender
so there you have my card today hope you like thank you all for stopping by and leaving lovely comments they are very much appreciated
I will leave you with a list of challenges I would like to enter and a final look of the super cute image (which I forgot to say was by Mo Manning and called Bunches you can find it Here) ATG Birthday or Anniversary  Girl
