Hello I hope you had a great weekend. I have another card for you today again it's a first for me using a stencil and stencil dimension paste.
Why do those lovely people on youtube and at the fairs make it look so easy I did this one a couple of times before I got the hang of it I either didn't put enough on or put wayyyyyyyyyy to much on and it seeped through yukkkk.
Anyway when I saw this stencil I thought it was so classy and had ideas of what I could do with it and even though I have only had one play with it I am not disappointed.
Again like my previous card I have kept the LO very simple and not used any patterned papers as I didn't want to distract to much away from the image.
The card A5 and I have used a length of purple satin ribbon to go across the centre. The image has been made using black dimension paste and while it was still wet I added purple glitter to the berries as they remind me of grapes (they may actually be grapes I have no idea) this in itself was trick and a half as because the paste is still wet the glitter had to stay in place until it was all dry so no drafts or sneezes allowed. I did get a little glitter on the shoe but only a bit so not to worried about that and it adds to the originality of it.
I then made the sentiment on my PC and when the image was dry shook off the glitter and matted both image and sentiment onto black card.
I then made a fussy bow from purple organza ribbon and added to the corner and added gems to either side of sentiment and that is it clean and simple for me (very) but I really enjoyed doing it.
So there you have my card for today I hope you like it thanks for popping over and I would like to enter this into the following challenges
