Good morning or good evening if you haven't been to bed yet like me :oD
I have a card for you today it's one I have made for Amy to send to my mom as it's her birthday Saturday
Really struggled as to what to do for her so I decided to go with one of my fav images at the mo and one I have used a couple of times lately
Yes you guess pearls in hair from ADFD I just love colouring her in
The card is 8x8 and the papers are freebies from pixel scrapper which were distressed and inked with a mix of spun sugar, tattered rose and victorian velvet then matted onto white card which was also distressed
I used the same colour inks to dye the seam binding that I added to the card and made a shabby bow from.
The sentiment was made on my PC with font called all in pink (I thought it was apt for this card lol)
The image was coloured with a mix of pro/flexi markers and crea markers then I blended all together with derwent blendable pencils. Then I added liquid pearls to her hair, I cut the image out and distressed the edges then I had a 2nd image which I used as a mask so I went over it with spun sugar just to add a little colour around her I think you can see it, then added my new buy some frantage yes folks I finally got some and I LOVE it so you will see loads more of I also added it to the bow and sentiment.
I kept this card pretty simple and just added a single rose (not made by me) but I think it's just enough.
I used the same papers to make the insert and added a greeting and brought the image through to the insert aswell but this time left it un coloured
and there you have it I hope you like it thanks for popping by and I shall see you soon

Fab papers and layout, I love all the different layers and lots of textures, such a lovely tactile experience. Beautifully embellished as always.
